L2L Impactful team development programs give individuals and team members an advantage to rethink their approach to teamwork, shape new, more productive behaviors to increase productivity, and create a common language that redefines what it means to work together to drive results.

Although the focus is on teamwork, our workshops are just for intact teams. Each workshop provides participants with a personal look at their approach to teamwork and the behaviors that are essential to teamwork, collaboration, and leadership.

*Prior to The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program, each team member will take an assessment that identifies a team's strengths and weaknesses, as well as those areas where team members have significantly differing perspectives

"If you could get all the people in the organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.”

EXCEPTIONAL TEAMS

What does it take to be an effective and exceptional team?

Awareness - Knowing individual preferences and priorities,  behavioral motivators, and stressors. The level of trust team members have for one another is vital to effectiveness.

Accountability - The level at which individuals are engaged and hold themselves accountable is directly connected to their commitment to the team results. Accountability fuels growth which is a must for a team to thrive.

Agility - The ability to adapt to change, even when a situation is unclear or structure may be lacking. Agility takes open-mindedness and a willingness to adjust and pivot to take the team in the best direction.

Action - When everyone commits to supporting one another, rallies around results, and embraces diversity, they are equipped to take the team to great heights!

The challenge

Ineffective Teams

The challenge of getting everyone on the same page can sometimes seem impossible.  When left unmitigated, these obstacles can result in loss of profits and productivity.

The effects of poor teamwork take away from the bottom line profits of an organization. On average employees spend about 7 hours per week (two full months a year) dealing with the effects of poor teamwork.

Identifying an Ineffective team:

Little or no trust: Team members state they work in a toxic work environment.

Lack of Commitment: Team members feel a lack of connection with the organization's goals and results.

Personal Accountability: Team members don't take personal responsibility for their actions in order to improve their team's performance.

Our Team Learned So Much

L2L – Link to Leadership provided a team development workshop where we learned more about our team and how we all work and communicate differently. They gave us tools to better our communication and become a more united and cohesive team.

Coaches are a lot of fun to work with

Helene and Lynne with L2L are a big part of the success of our company. In the past, we have struggled to develop a clear mission and nurture a culture that supports that mission. They took the time to truly understand our business and unique challenges — then provided a safe space for us to explore the best path moving forward. Helene and Lynne are sharp, approachable, results-oriented…and a lot of fun to work with. We look forward to a long, prosperous relationship with L2L. Thank you!
